Stones Throw is a Los Angeles-based record label responsible for more than a few classic albums over the past 15 years. The brainchild of DJ Peanut Butter Wolf, Stones Throw reflects a vinyl collector’s encyclopedic musical knowledge and a party starter’s ear for a dope beat.
Produced by repeat Kickstarter creator Jeff Broadway, Our Vinyl Weighs a Ton is a feature-length documentary that tells the story of a scrappy label’s myriad struggles and long-term success.
