Today in inspiring project updates, documentary Detroi je t’aime, which takes a look at Detroit’s thriving DIY culture, just posted this tidbit: … here are some pics of the “Imagination Station” for you to enjoy. It’s one of the oldest houses in the Corktown neighborhood, right across the epic Michigan Central Station. A couple of days ago, a fire destroyed part of the house, but the DIY spirit stroke back as a muralist decided to paint “IT’S OK” on top of the old mural, helped by tens of volunteers. 
Unbelievably cool. Also cool? There’s still time left to back, and pledges start with temporary tattoos. Très chic!
